Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you; however, Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to initiate a return once the item is delivered.
